In order to guarantee product’s quality, the company has established Quality Management Committee. Leaded directly by general manager, the committee composed by one director, 2 deputy directors and 4 managers of each department is responsible to make important decision to quality management, make quality policy, deals and solves great quality problems. Besides, office is also established to take charge of daily quality management, make\ing responsibility system for quality management and make rules for rewards and punishment, examining QC activity plan and excellent quality managers, as well as organizing relative departments to supervise quality, improving quality and guaranteeing quality.
Primary responsibility of general manager: carry out relative quality police; carry out ideological education to employee in the aspect of quality; tackle key problem to quality and so on.
Primary responsibility of workshop director: generalize quality control methods; strictly implement technics discipline; constantly improve product’s quality.
Quality supervision department: pay attention to product’s quality management; examine technics operation. Enterprise management office takes charge of organizing each department to make quality standard and analyze quality.
Technology department: give out correct design project and product’s drawing; solve and deal with quality factors; develop scientific research to improve technology level.
Production department: prepare before production and finish each quality index.
Supply and marketing department: survey and study material provider; transact surrogate in the process of program; do after service well; and connect relative quality information to better serve customer.
